Beat the worry before it beats you !3 min read

Once a man stuck in a dessert all alone. It is been 2 days. He is very thirsty searching for water. There is no hope to get water in the middle of desert. As he was exhausted he found a ray of hope. There was a hut in the middle of dessert. He walked towards it. There was a hand pump in the hut, with his bit of energy left he started pumping, but no luck. He searched any other water around hut. He found a bottle of water with a note written in it. The note says pour water in pump, fill up the bottle so others can use. Now he is in confusion whether to drink what he had or take risk. whether to enact or react?.

With all risk he poured the water in pump and started pumping and the water flowed. He drank as much he can and filled up the bottle and added a word to note “Believe me, it works”. There moral here is

we might face problems which one to choose. In those situations, calm yourself and hear what your heart says. You can achieve great heights.

We Humans have a tendency to go for other people’s suggestion. Sometimes it works, but not all times. We have only one life to live. Enjoy that to fullest because we don’t know what happens next moment. I came across a book called “Who will cry when you die by Robin Sharma”, Hearing the title it felt wired. But the author has explained 100 things how to live happily. Make yourself a list with 10 points that makes you happy. Try to do them at least 8 things a day. See the change in yourself.

My 10 things that makes me happy are :

  • Break the anxiety for little things.
  • Do not worry about what others think of you.
  • Don’t say I am broken, Say I am healing.
  • Have a cup of Tea in Garden with blissful air.
  • Love to sketch,make interiors, wall decorations, collect miniatures, hand crafties.
  • Love to chat with my husband.Go outing with my BFF (My Hubby)
  • Create something new.
  • Organize things.
  • Plan and start a business.
  • Don’t forget to Smile

I do many of this everyday in my life. No excuse of time concern. You have to priorities which is important. Work while you work. Play while you Play. Most of all find beauty in whatever thing you do.

In our life, we will cross many ups and downs. Sometimes the situation will be, where you will be so happy, at times you will feel sad. Don’t worry about it. It will just move as passing clouds. When you feel down, cheer up yourself by concentrating on other things like reading books, gardening, paper craft, fly a kite. It gives you happiness forgetting your worries partly.Our brain can concentrate only thought at a time.Take diversion from worries and turn into awesome moment.

A cheerful mental attitude can fight any problem

Worrying bring you nothing. There is a fact that when you are in anxiety you get a heart disease, high blood pressure, ulcer, cold, thyroid, diabetics, tooth decay etc. I’m not telling to scare you but it is true. You can beat your worries by having a “Day-tight compartment”

Don’t think of yesterday or tomorrow. When you wake up, just this of the present, make your schedule, don’t let your brains to think of the past or future problems. No use in that and above all, learn to smile.

If you forget to smile, you lost your life.

Seize the day, make full use of it, create lot of blissful moments. whatever you do, enjoy yourself in that work.

when a rain drop falls in hot rod, it vanishes, when it falls on lotus, it becomes blissful, when it falls on a oyster, it turns into pearl. Likewise, whatever may be the situation, it is up to you to make it pearl or make it vanish like smoke. It is not the money that makes you richest, it is the memories that makes you rich.
